Yarrow

Yarrow is a plant with ancient ties to the land here on Turtle Island. It is traditionally made into a poultice or tea. As a poultice, it is effective at speeding the healing process for wounds and burns. As tea, Yarrow as been used to relieve cold symptoms and headaches. It can also be made into mouthwash!
